Pedvetkin doesn't have anywhere near Ortiz's technical ability, his defensive ability, jab to the body/head, south paw stance, none of it. He would've been tailor made for Wilder.

Even w/PED's it was taking him 4 rounds to adjust to a guy like Takam whom is currently hovering around 15th of the division. Can anyone actually imagine Ortiz struggling that bad w/Takam?

He's a 1 dimensional brawler that routinely gets nailed and buckled by right hands in practically all his fights. These gifs are not cherry picked, go to the highlights of these fights and you'll see Pedvetkin get hit by even more punches.

Meanwhile, it was Deontay Wilder who was stopped in Russia by a 6 foot 0 cruiser weight in Evgeny Romanov brutally, shamefully and embarrassingly, despite sporting a significant size advantage.

Good chance of that, povetkin is just too small. Theres a chance povetkin would have got on the inside and knocked wilder out. But wilder is just too big and powerful and he showed he has a chin yesterday.
