I guess now we see why AJ never fought Luis Ortiz

Even though the Cuban signed with Eddie Hearn for a while Joshua stayed away from that fight for a reason.

What makes you think that Aj was afraid?

They had the same promoter. Why didn't they fight?

Hearn admits as much when he says that Wilder was taking too high a risk for too little money by fighting Ortiz.

AJ would probably have stopped Ortiz sooner. Ortiz would've been something in he's prime though. Wilder showed alot of guts, but he's totally reliant on power.

Everybody knows the answer to this... and it isn't what you are claiming. Ortiz had 2 fights under Hearn, both of which he looked beyond average thus there was absolutely no clamour from the general public for a Joshua v Ortiz fight and thus he didn't get one.

So AJ ducked Ortiz and fought Wlad instead?

              Oh I see.

But there was a clamour from the general public to see Joshua vs Breazeale and Molina, right?

Your right we do know why. Ortiz believed he had better chance of beating wilder and he proved why, but wasn't quite capable. Probably true that if Ortiz was younger he would've won the fight though

Did you see the performances Ortiz put on when he was signed to Hearn?

They gave him Malik Scott and Dave Allen ffs, all Ortiz had to do was blow them out the park, instead he laboured and bored the crowd.

You are correct it was high risk low reward. But it was low reward because Ortiz did not turn up at all when it mattered.
