    Eating Crow tonight.

Gotta say man, I picked Ortiz to beat, he lost fair and Squre, great win form Wilder. I predicted as much, Ortiz dominating in the technical standpoint, but Wilder's right hand and Ortiz gassing made the difference. But I still didn't see anything in Wilder other than the right hand and his conditioning but can maaaaybe it is enough to beat A.J if he has the same grit.

The Right hand bailed him out once more.

How can you pick Ortiz? He was shorter, fatter & older.

I know, but I was confident on his skills and power. But those 2 are not enough when his opponent has the speed, power, athleticism. Ortiz was not able to close the show.

Wilder keeps proving he has the power and that is what gets him by.

No skills and gasses easily too, but at least he has power.

Didn’t really think much of Ortiz going into the fight but he was game tonight. He stepped up and showed his competitiveness and made it a good fight. I was actually kind of nervous in the 7th round. I remember my arm shaking holding my phone when Wilder walked back to his corner.

Ortiz didn’t gas he was picking his shots and staying away from the right hand.
He picked his shot wrong once and we’ll you know the rest.
Up until he finally guessed wrong he was controlling the fight. But all plans go out the window versus power like wilder has. Some of those punches seemed to go through Ortiz’ guard. Great fight from both boxers

Probably because he's a boxing fan and recognized the skills Ortiz possesses. Just a guess

I'll definitely eat crow. I thought Ortiz would prevail and even get the knock out and he came darn close. My opinion of Wilder hasn't changed though, if anything I think less of his boxing ability. But mad props to him for sticking in there and showing heart and determination as well as a better chin than a lot of people gave him credit for.

All credit to Wilder for making it through that fight, did not think his chin would hold up from those Ortiz blows. He was out on his feet in the 7th but made it through, recovered and came back to get the KO win. Cong**** to Wilder
