Obviously the guy has legit issues with high blood pressure and hasn't taken the medication needed in fear of causing another positive test.

He has an Tue exemption for them but it wouldn't surprise me if he decided not to take them for a week or two prior to the fight because they can zap your energy.

I'm just taking a guess here but if he's a high normal or just above that he'd be better off without them until after the fight right now. It wouldn't be surprising that the commission would be monitoring his BP regardless right until pre-fight and only just cleared him.
