Hopkins puts on a clinic. BHop was a master at negating his opponents power. Golovkin isn't that fast so he would be able to see everything coming. Hopkins by decision.

I actually think that version of Hopkins breaks down and stops GGG.

Too accurate, too big, too skilled, too slick for GGG. Even if GGG lands that one massive shot.... Hopkins can take it and continue the boxing lesson he would give GGG.

Tito vs GGG would be an amazing, action packed fight.

I'm saying I dont know but it would be a great fight. Hopkins was very crafty and great at smothering his opponent. He has a longer reach and a good chin. Golovkin has the power better chin and underrated boxing skills. If G can deal with Hopkins smothering tactics he wins but it's not likely. Tito against Hopkins was hyped as a superfight. I always thought going in that Tito had no chance. In fact when it was announced I thought Tito was crazy to take the fight. Golovkin is bigger and stronger Anyway as I'm writing this is have to say Hopkins but it would be a grueling fight.

He got clowned by Calslappy and lost. Kovalev whooped his ass. And the bigot got embarrassingly knocked out of the ring and into retirement by a part time white boy boxer.

With a fair referee who actually enforces the rules? Or is Hopkins allowed to use his "veteran tactics" like he did to Trinidad and others?

I think Hopkins probably beats this version of Golovkin. Its my opinion he probably doesnt have much time left at the top. Everyone ages differently, BHop was just a freak in that regard. Golovkin at 33 or so takes Hop more than likely.

Man, Hopkins would be pure poison for GGG. That's got a one sided decision written all over it.

                Hopkins all the way.

Hmm that's a good point. Under those circumstances I'd say your right. I picked Hopkins but your post makes sense..
