That all sounds true to me. Broner is proof that winning world titles in many different weight classes doesn't prove a boxer is that good. It's better to be the best fighter in one weight class than to win titles in many weight classes but never being even close to being the best fighter in any of them. Broner won his titles by beating easy guys to beat. Whenever he fights a really good fighter he loses.
