Jacobs was loitering around and very much available.
Why wasn't Charlo calling him out after his last fight?

So he was available for many months before he left for HBO.

Jermall is with Al Haymon. Haymon is working closely with Showtime. Jacobs was a Haymon fighter. probably still is.

Jacobs never left Haymon. He just has a promoter in Hearn now.
