Sure. The fact you or any other pac slurper can change is Manny wouldn't have gotten KTFO by JMM if he had fought Floyd for the $40 mil.

His cowardice led to an embarrassing KO. But hey, its a win-win for you because you get to justify his cowardice and denigrate Floyd's win over him.

As for who was the reason it took so much time it took to finally lock down this fight? Rafael says both parties share the blame – Mayweather more so in recent times
