I agree they are awful. I'd rank them tied second behind Mayweather fans and about even with how crazy Tyson fans were. Those three fan bases had the most casuals and obsessive but Floyd fans took it to a newer dumber level.

Both are awful and pollute forums. Luckily the private Facebook group I have on FB we ban anyone that is a Floyd or Pac groupie and lo and behold the quality of conversation is consistently excellent. No petty hatred and disrespecting the fighters and the sport.

Floyd brought fans I'd never seen before. Racists, fans that hate fighters because they have fans that like a fighter they hate and have utter contempt for the sport outside of their god. They bring their idol into damn near every discussion. I'd say they are worse because most of them don't even go to see the fights live.

Every fighter has the option to bail on the fight due to the other fighter Not Making weight! However it is a simple solution as to throw money at the problem to where they end up taking the fight regardless of the weigh not being made!!!
I wonder how much Nery paid yamanaka to continue to the fight?
And lets say nery paid nothing (i really doubt) it was on yamanakas team to make the right decision! Nothing justifies nery not making weight!

Yes, that is what he should have done, but it is not really the Japanese mentality to do that.

Nery would probably have lost % of purse which would have gone to Yamanaka, the promoter might have given him some more so as not to let the TV network down, and there would almost certainly have been "other pressures" (manager, team, letting people down, etc.) playing on Yamanaka's mind.
