Canelo Alvarez and Anthony Joshua are the real attractions in boxing. True or false?
Can we all agree that these two are the only real attractions in boxing? Joshua is doing crazy attendance numbers in the UK and Canelo is doing good numbers on PPV across the board. In light of what Abel Sanchez said about blacks and their styles aren't selling, majority of boxers aren't really selling like that besides these two. Who else is on that level with Canelo and Joshua?

Right!? Made me think when Abel Sanchez saying blacks and their styles don't sell but "Mexican Style" isn't really selling like that either. GGG isn't a PPV draw or any other Mexican fighter who is brawler isn't selling. A lot of factors go into if you're selling, not just race or style.Comment

Abel told the public at the presser that he has one HOF to know what he's talking about, that he turned Norris into a Mexican fighter. Abel has seriously lost his cool. There's no reason for him to be saying such ridiculous nonsense about ''black fighters don't sell,'' which doesn't even make sense. When you bring up Charlo he goes into panic mode and says nonsense. Why? It just doesn't make any sense how a professional like Abel would want to hurt his professional career. It's highly possible that he has now finally hit his riches careerwise that he has become more blunt about his personal pov, which as we can see, are becoming worse than Freddie Roach or about the same level. Only reason Roach got a pass was because of his impairment... It' just not in Abel's character to be talking like this in an era of open access to media like Youtube. It's easy for boxing fans to absorb what Abel's saying. I take it Abel isn't so bright, or just doesn't care anymore now that he's rich. He might be in panic mode that if Alvarez wins, and in great fashion, Abel will inevitably look bad...Comment
