Has any prediction by Dela Hoya ever come to pass before?

He calls what he did in the final rounds against Trinidad "Boxing". He was running and turning he's head away. It was awful. Canelo wasn't that bad against Golovkin, but talking like Tyson and boxing like that naturally draws critics.

If I was signed to Goldenbiy I'd tell him to never even mention my fights. Don't need him cursing my bouts

The only people I recall Canelo stopping who hadnt been previously stopped were josesito Lopez, who was really a 140 pounder and Liam Smith who is a decent 154 pound fighter but was the worst title holder in the division. I don't see that translating into him stopping someone who's never really even been staggered in ggg.
