    Larry you understand it wrong the opponent is throwing at me the left hook and at the same time i throw a left uppercut to his chin blocking the right side of my head

        would you not have to be blocking to land that shot?..why is only slipping and ducking outlawed here? would not slipping the the hook and countering not be better?

            If your opponent throws a jab you can block it with your right hand then fire back a jab of your own.
