Can fighters optimize their testosterone levels?

Are they allowed by VADA and other testing organisms to elevate their testosterone levels up to certain point? Or can they do it and get away with it even if it's not allowed?

I am reading the benefits of TRT and while it's not as strong as steroids it seems to be really helpful in giving strenght, energy, etc.

You can use natural testosterone boosters. Or if you have low T levels you can get a TUE to use synthetic tests.

Just need a dodgy doctor to say you got issues.

      TRT is steroids.

      DepoTes, TesEpi, Nandrolone, Andro....

Natural or synthetic, they're all roids.

VADA allows waivers and mgrs get NDAs when fighter A desperately wants fighter B on his CV....see GGG v DJ

Either way, depending on the commission and the state, USADA for instance allows for levels as high as 550% of the average 20yo male before it even considers CIR testing.

          Danny's not clean.

He was given exemptions for the WBC "clean" program.
GGG conceded to his exemptions but can not elaborate due to a non disclosure agreement.

I would guess he has an exception to use some drugs because of cancer. Maybe he's exploiting it.

Steroids promoter growth of bacterial infection.
They are contraindicated for use in patients with a history of cancer or who have taken immunosuppressant drugs.

He's probably just exempt because the commissions let him.
