He doesn't want to fight Alvarado just like he didn't want Bradley 3, Jessie Vargas or Horn.

My guess is he ain't answering Roach cuz he knows he's not taking this ****** fight. He wants Loma or mattyssee. Bob stays in house Loma gets the fight later this year.
