Comments Thread For: Hearn: I Like Wilder Inside 4 or 5 Rounds, But Ortiz Dangerous

NEW YORK With an obvious vested interest in the result, Eddie Hearn will watch the Deontay Wilder-Luis Ortiz heavyweight title fight very closely. Anthony Joshua's promoter predicted Wilder will win by knockout within the first half of their scheduled 12-rounder for Wilder's WBC championship March 3 at Barclays Center. Hearn wouldn't be surprised, however, if Ortiz pulled off an upset because the 38-year-old Cuban contender is such a powerful counter-puncher.

I hope Ortiz blasts this big mouthed jackass out of the ring. He has the skill. The only Wilder has is a punch. He WILL get countered. He WILL get hit. Wilder has horrible balance and footwork. Ortiz gets planted. I wouldn't be surprised if Ortiz starts walking him down after the Bombastic Squad feels his power.

boxing could do with one less loudmouth with limited skills and a good punch like wilder...first fighter to land a meaningful punch wins..it's that type of fight

Coming from a ggg nuthugger thats especially, hilariously rich.

Its funny how the fanbois make their bias/racism so obvious by contradicting themselves when analyzing different fighters.....
I wonder why you hate wilder& the mexican ginger yet nuthug ggg/loma/deryev??Why would you claim all that sh about wilder thats millions more true for ggg?

You are like a caricature of a small closeted man trying to deflect your blatant racism(which you've proven), through sheer cowardis & ******ity.

Wilder can punch but he is wild on his punches and has poor balance... If Ortiz could survive the early onslaught then he has a big big chance of beating Wilder

Would like nothing more than for Ortiz to drop this loudmouth, and he's in with every chance to do so. It's a real 50/50.

                    He doesn't promote ortiz.

He did for about 2 fights in 2016. I don't think Hearn was that keen on him by all accounts and he didn't perform well.
