Hopefully Groves ruins him. Everyone counted Groves out after the Froch/Jack losses but he has shown he can grit his teeth and get the job done.

I wonder if Smith believes what he is saying, I'm doubtful as I predicted with the eubank Jr fight I got groves by decision against smith. Groves will probably pick him apart at long range callum is susceptible to the jab and Groves has an accurate one for sure. Unless Smith has more then one gear he might outwork groves but I can't see it.

After the announcement of surgery Callum may be right. Recovery time is important. Groves is a fighter, he will want back in the ring for a championship asap. Unlike Diva Thurman who had elbow surgery ONE YEAR AGO...and still won't fight a championship quality fighter.
