I just watched this back. My score didn't change - 115-113, Rungvisai. But I noticed something.
SOMEHOW, Lederman gave round 1 to Rungvisai. I can't see it. Of what did happen, Estrada clearly landed more solid punches. They weren't thudding blows, but they were solid. Lederman likes power punches - which is all Rungvisai throws.
Round 2 - seems everyone agrees, Estrada.
Rounds 3 - 7 - seems everyone agrees, Rungvisai. Round 5 stood out because he was fighting identical to how Manny used to fight, just slower.
So right there, if you go by Lederman's logic, Rungvisai's already at 6 rounds and only needs one more to win.
Round 8 - this one surprised me. Lederman and Kellerman both had Estrada winning it. I didn't see that - I saw his head getting snapped back repeatedly, and he was getting hit more than any of the previous rounds. It was like watching Horn/Pacquiao round 9. This is the round that I had Rungvisai at 6 rounds.
Round 9 - seems like everyone agrees, Estrada. Rungvisai was clearly winded at this point, likely from how much he threw in 5-8.
Round 10 - seems like everyone agrees, Estrada. Rungvisai is even more tired this round, his punches are just arm punches with little impact. He needed Panama Lewis at this point.
Round 11 - another surprise. I saw a scorecard that gave this to Estrada. I guess, but it felt like Rungvisai was the busier fighter, constantly making Estrada reset, and Estrada took a round off after 9 and 10 trying to take the guy out.
Round 12 - both guys just went for broke, but Rungvisai was exhausted, and while he never stopped throwing or moving, Estrada was teeing off on him. This round is where all of his "facial damage" occurred.
Unfortunately, either way, all he needed was that one extra round. Whether you gave him round 1 and another one, or you gave him round 8 and another one, or you only gave him 6 rounds total, there's simply no way Estrada won the fight, and the only way I can see a draw is if you ignore Rungvisai's body work.
115 - 113, Srisaket "Minny Pacquiao" Sor Rungvisai.
Time to eat.
