Remember when Kessler asked Ward for a rematch in Denmark?
Remember how Ward pússied out of that one?
Because then he couldn't 'unintentionally' head butt someone 5 times..

The second fight ended via Kovalev hunching over following a low blow, not borderline, but directly to the athletic cup, which should have resulted in a point being taken and a moment to recover.
Ward is the one in denial about what happened both nights but luckily not many people buy his version.
Ward just didn't have enough to beat Kovalev, and I don't think he ever will.
What happened was after the first close controversial fight that he won, he granted an immediate rematch.
What happened in the second fight was he rocked Kovalev’s skull with a direct right hand and had him doing the tootsie roll. What happened after that were a series of blows that finished him off.
Kovalev was acting like Zab Judah when he fought Amir Khan b1tch!ng and complaining about low blows to the point where he gave up on the fight.
Joseph Agbeko was hit with undeniable low blows in Mares 1 but he finished the fight like a man.
Kovs were borderline, and he was getting his a s s kicked up til that point. And he just got Molly wopped w a right hand. He was ready to go home. And so he did.
At some point he has to look in the mirror. At some point his fans have to point to him for his losses.
Did Agbeko make excuses and say he was robbed the second time around ? I don’t remember but I hope not. Take your L and move on.

Still couldn’t drop him. The only fighters Ward beat clearly were bums. With Kovalev, Froch, Kessler that holy man could only fowl to victory. Never without fighting dirty.
And how about using a white ref for the Kovalev fights?
