Groves does have good power against guys he comes forward against. His wins vs Degale and Jr were gained almost entirely on the back foot without landing anything of real note. With Froch 1, he came out on the front foot swinging and landed the perfect punch, yet Froch was still up at the count of 2 or something.
Don't think Groves would beat Benavidez by being cautious and he'd really have to match Benavidez's work rate to stay in it. Hopefully, we'll find out some time.
