Horn is a seasoned 147 fighter. For Pacquiao, I don’t think Horn and camp needed to drain as much for Pac since they would also need speed as a variable. I think Horn will be heavier against TC. It will be interesting who will be stronger in this bout. Horn got stamina to be clinching so much the question is Crawford ready for the hug war? If it goes 12, it might be even possible that the plan is to have Horn win again, which justifies the PPV audience for Pac as an undercard.

Then, by some miracle we get Pac beating Horn, and Bob makes Pac vs Lomachenko at a Welterweight catch.

For Pac agreeing to be on the undercard, taking the biggest PPV cut, surely though his pride would ask for the Horn remaTch.

Horn will lose to TC but he’ll give a solid account of himslef and make Terrence work for the win. That said I could see Horn making it a tough fight and unsettling TC, can’t see Horn winning though but like Bradley vs Vargas dude won’t be able to switch off for a moment and allow Horn any kind of momentum. Crawford's chances of getting Pacquiao in the fall likely rests on the PPV buys he draws vs. Horn with Pacquiao on the undercard. If he does 300-400K, I think we see Crawford-Pacquiao on ESPN PPV in the fall. If the PPV only scores ~100K a la Golovkin or Ward's first 2 PPVs, I think we see Lomachenko-Pacquiao on ESPN cable instead. Just speculation.
