Comments Thread For: De La Hoya Sure Canelo-Golovkin Rematch Will End in Knockout

Oscar De La Hoya is confident we're not headed toward another controversial conclusion May 5 in Las Vegas. Canelo Alvarez's promoter is certain that the middleweight championship rematch between Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin will end in a knockout. Their first fight resulted in a dubious draw September 16 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, the same site where their rematch will take place.

Yeah, because there was no hint of a knockout in the first fight. Therefore its likely in the rematch. Oscar logic.

          sure KO

Really Oscar, your guy thinks he won?? We know for sure, Canelo ain't KO'ing GGG no time! I see TKO for GGG, the ref saves Canelo, around 9-10 round....book it!!

Said that before. Says every promoter and trainer before a fight. Doubt a ko both guys have good chins. Only way i see a Ko is if someone makes a serious defensive mistake and takes a clean shot, in which the deliverer was of punch was able to sit down on.

If Oscar is certain it ends in KO then we are guaranteed a decision.
