            I think Ortiz would win by KO. He is a big welterweight and Rios is a fat lightweight. They are both shot but Rios is more shot and sounds punchy when he talks now. Rios fought some great fights in his day but it is a good time for him to retire from boxing.

              Rios was in with a bigger puncher and tougher opponent. Was landing leather on Danny. Ortiz has quit in him. But I think this last TKO of Rios may have taken something out of him. I would slightly favor Ortiz at this point.

                Very much a 50-50 fight. Would do good business in California.

                If PBC has any sense at all, theyd make that fight. Wouldnt have to pay the guys a lot and the event would def do numbers and draw at the live gate.
