I’m sorry, that last point you made is completely ridiculous. Dismissed whatever you were trying to say, and I didn’t think you were that far out of line.

Why make this kind of thread when you’re clearly uninformed? At least research his opponents first.

Easy to look better at something when your opposition is a string of no-hopers, old farts, and battle worn opponents.
Boy Pernell got beat up by Roger. Pernell got beat up against guys who arent half as good as Floyd. Floyd was 37yrs old humiliating guys half his age and twice his size. Now compare that to Pernell being in his prime, facing other prime guys, and fighting all sloppy. No one made Pernell look bad. He just wasnt defensively sound. And the guys who gave him work, would never in a million yrs test Mayweather bro.

You told bald faced lies about running and clinching, when Floyd didnt do that until he was old as hell. Whitaker is TRASH.

This is just another example of people giving legends more credit than they deserve. Say what you want about Floyd and Manny but they both have better resumes than Pernell and deserve to be ranked higher. Boxing is the only sport where "eye test" matter more than the resume.
