Top Rank will never let any of there fighters fight outside of ESPN which is a shame. Especially if HBO or Showtime for example are willing to put up bigger money.
Bob Arum is becoming increasingly hard to work with it seems. If that's the case Horn, Crawford, Ramirez, etc....will run out of in house fights sooner rather than later.
If I'm Golden Boy I move on and try to find another opponent for Linares on May 12th. Either a unification with either Garcia or Easter.Comment

Now is it me, or is that a threat? That's some real gangsta ****! Arum knows that when you say some **** like that, there's no going back! Beltran vs. Lomachenko is a lock! If Bob can't play nice with Showtime, Loma and Crawford will suffer, and that's a shame! There's just not enough fighters in TR's stable for these kind of tactics! What does Bob do if he can't persuade Loma to fight Pacquiao @ 140? What does Loma do after a Pacquiao fight? What does Crawford do after the Horn fight?Comment

Linares doesnt stand much of a chance against Loma either. The crazy part about all this is Top Rank is offering Linares 5x his best payday and Golden Boy will no doubt be making good money while doing minimal promotion abd everything was a go it seemed until Peter Nelson said hes not approving it on that date unless its on Hbo. Linares is upset Golden Boy wont let him fight Loma. Peter Nelson knows Top Rank is contractually bound to Espn and Arum already had Msg booked for the 12th as well as Espn giving them that date with a good lead in which would only make the fight bigger. Hbo and Showtime are only getting like 600k viewers or less most fights. Not to mention Linares is fighting on undercards while Loma got 2 million viewers his last fight. Since when did Andre Berto get to dictate to Mayweather that they have to change the date or the network?Comment

Not to mention Beltran was robbed of the Wbo belt years ago in Ricky Burns hometown. At the time Crawford was considered #1 and Beltran #2 in the division when they fought. Since then Beltran has won 5 in a row not counting the Wbo title fight against Ao right after the Crawford fight which Beltran won the Wbo then got it taken away when he tested positive for steroids. Either way hes a top lightweight and a champion and always gives a good fightComment
