Well, Tito won belts in 3 weight classes, 19 title defenses, 21-2 in world title fights, Losses to B-hop and Wright, Wins over whitaker, camacho, Carr, Vargas, DLH, Campas.... he destroyed fighters Careers in JOppy, Vargas, Campas, Reid, Thiam were never the same after Tito. Tito had a 90% KO ratio and will always be remembered as the greatest welterweight finisher in the history of boxing. Known for his often low blows.

B-hop had 21 title defenses and was 22-3 in title fights, won belts in 2 weight divisions. Losses to RJJ, Taylor(twice), and whoever he lost to in his first fight. Credible wins- DLH, Tito, Tarver, and Glen Johnson. Very smart fighter with very good ring smarts. Known for his consistent fouling, and dirty tactics.

Their accomplishments are similar with the exception of the fact that Tito was champ in 3 weight divisions. and fought the better Comp.

Now for my 2 cents:
I am from PR and I do say that Cotto is overrated. Everytime he goes out he dissapoints me more and more. If he fights against Mayweather he is going to get killed. Cotto is still ggreat but overrated nevertheless.

To the Tito issue, Tito is the best boxer that PR has produced. There are many Tito haters out there but deep down they know how great Tito was. He lost to Hopkins and if they had a rematch he would loose again. He lost to Wright but I think in a rematch he would win agianst Wright. Tito had poor coaching by his father on the corner. Those who know spanish and heard what his father told him in manny rounds know what I'm talking about.

IE Roy Jones once Ko'ed a guy with a style like Winky's, Roy just kept punching him in his shoulder until the giy had to quit ... correct me if my memory failed me on that. Tito's father could have said to Tito to Target Winky's shoulder or maybe his arm and be more active. Tito was not Tito on that fight and could not adapt. I don't take anything awasy from Winky but Tito could beat him any day.

Tito is not the best and Cotto will never even near be Tito. But yet still Cotto is good.

There are always h8r's, nuthuggers and ignorants here (and any other forum on the internet) that's why I dont much. but those were my 2 cents.

Well here are my three sences. 1. Cotto is still wet behind the ears when it comes to experienec in the ring.
2. Tito was not the best fighter PR produced, it was Wilfredo Bazooka Gomez homeboy had like 17 defenses ALL by KO. 3. Winky wanted it more that nigh. Tito was not there for whatever reason he didnt seem comfortable. Could it be that he and Winky had some deal on the side? You do know they are trying to make a promtional business deal. This could be the sickest outcome. Taylor beat Bhop (2X) Winky beat tito (1X) winky is now fighing taylor. Tito challenges the winner ( hopeing its winky) tito comes back and Ko's winky. Becomes undisputed Middleweight champion and retires for the third and final time.
