Absolutely not the case. Eastern Euro fighters are definitely the most frequently accused. Maybe the cliche has worn out and people toned it down out of exhaustion.

Your own perception is likely skewed due to a persecution complex instilled on you by western public school curriculum (while simultaneously being handed everything on a platter & unable to cope with routine stress).

I only accuse Anthony Joshua of PEDs, because I have eyeballs & common sense.

Hmmmmm wonder why.

This is the 21st century where ordinary average human beings enhancing themselves technologically (not just professional athletes) is the norm. Through chemical means or through bionic means. So why does it matter if in the 21st century, an athlete enhances themselves using 21st century chemical technology?

For safety / protection of boxers? Well, if there is an even playing field (either everyone is allowed to use PED or everyone isn't), then the number of deaths and injuries will remain relatively the same either way.

Does it make sense to expect any athlete, in the 21st century to be 100% clean and natural in a world that is mostly artificial and unnatural? What does it even mean to be clean and natural in the 21st century?

Perhaps these questions need to be answered first?
