    As previously reported on BoxingScene.com, Juergen Braehmer (49-3, 35KOs) has withdrawn from Saturday's semi-final bout with Callum Smith (23-0, 17KOs). Braehmer has been battling a bad illness for several days.

    they might as well grant smith an automatic qualification into the final..he should have no problem defeating this euro level fighter..otherwise smith is then also an oberhyped euro level fighter

        Hey im not mad at this **** tbh

        Nieky Holzken is my countryman...i will be supporting him as a fellow Dutchman!

        Im afraid he cant win this fight on short notice tho

        EDIT: he's scheduled to fight Dmitri Chudinov on the undercard, so i can definitely see this fight take place

          If Braehmer has been battling an illness then why not just postpone the fight ?

                Callum Smith has got it all handed to him on a plate. Wouldn't surprise me if George Groves has to withdraw with the shoulder and Smith gets a soft touch in the final.

                  Come on man. Postpone the fight 4-6 weeks and reschedule the final for august. Then Groves should be ready also.
