Ah yeah it is making tired just thinking about it.

Groves is a boxer himself he's not going to go after BJS just because he is bigger and stronger. He'll just back himself to land his jab heavier.

Would be a bit of fencing match I'd imagine.

        This.

Warren just talking to talk. Of course the move is Canelo &/or GGG for BJS. And enticing Froch out of retirement is the biggest move for Groves once he wins this tournament, assuming he does.

Not a fight i would want too see . Also a bad move for Groves, because i imagine it would be a 168, so only his belt would be on the line !

I guess it makes sense from a money standpoint, but it wouldn't be an exciting fight and both guys have potentially better matchups in their own weight classes, so no thanks.

How much cash would BJS really make against GGG or Canelo? When he and George could split the pot evenly?

That said. This sounds like an awful fight. Essentially two counter punchers. One which you couldn't hit with handful of rice if he's on form and another who is bigger and stronger and increasingly intelligent in the ring. Two fighters with lovely jabs though.

You could post your scorecard, now 115-113 or 114-114. With the only excitement coming when they announce the result.
I think Saunders sweeps him on the scorecards unless groves catches him. Groves will need to switch it up between rounds. I love chessmatches!

I'd be worried if they made that fight tbh.

It would be like Bellew/Cleverly II but higher profile with an even worse outcome.

Nobody would take a shot in anger all night.

Groves needs to unify even though its a fight i would pay to see groves is best at 168 i want to see him become undisputed

BJS v GGG on HBO PPV.
K2 has mentioned 40% of a likely 12/15 mil based off 300/400k buys.
Plus the UK tv money and a packed to the gills MSG.

The chance to fight for the Undisputed title is something itself. Vs an ATG another.

The Groves fight doesn't lift him unless he fights and beat GGG first

saint george "the prototypical pasty faced northern european" would be made to look like a plodding stumblebum vs BJS not in the same league
