I think garcia is good just ring rust and rios is a style he dont like but he dealt with it.

well, danny said it himself after the fight. he was giving Rios too much respect early, and once he decided to take the fight into the middle of the ring he knocked him out.

I expected more from DSG, I was expecting that if Rios comes forward, DSG does this Marquez esque type of comibinations against the come forward fighter, landing 3-4 combinations each time Rios goes in then destroys him inside 6 rounds, but instead, his punch output have drastically gone down and allowed Rios to work him up in the inside which he was losing every time Rios gets inside.

DSG took a lot of shots from Rios. Perhaps I'm over critical of DSG considering he is one of the "top" Welterweights when 5 years ago we saw a KTFO Pacman 12-0 a Prime Rios while basically 20-0ing him almost every round of punches landed.

Perhaps I'm over critical, and now that I thought about it I agree, need more rounds from a lay off and a 9 rounder is good.
