Do you have any proof of these claims?

But are they both just talk from Mikey and Spence?

Do we hear the other side of the story??

Mikey Is already a proven heartless coward.
                Is he not?

                Siri made him quit....

Spence finds himself in a similar position that GGG was in: having a belt while other titlists tip-toe around and try to avoid a potential ass whupping. It may be even worse as Spence/Thurman/Garcia/Porter are all Haymon/Showtime. I didn't foresee Spence getting frozen out like this. Now Spence is gonna have to play the waiting game and face his mandatories. However, Ocampo's team can't be ****** enough to send their fighter to the slaughterhouse.

Beating Thurman to become unified welterweight champion of the world would also be the biggest thing Porter ever did in his career.

Porter has already been IBF champion. To him, becoming unified WBC/WBA champion is a bigger deal than becoming IBF champion again.

He's worked very hard to earn the rematch with Thurman. He has a personal issue with Thurman. He has no personal issue with Spence. Fighting Thurman would be more lucrative than fighting Spence.

Even if he loses to Thurman, he likely can still get a shot against Spence. There's no upside to fighting Spence first. Assuming he could even get the fight to begin with.

                      Bingo.

He has a guaranteed shot at the #1 fighter in the division, who holds the top two world championships in the division, which is also the most lucrative fight possible.
