I think it would be a very big fight no matter where it was held. Two giant heavyweight champions who have KOed everyone they ever fought. That is an easy fight to promote and sell.

Not at all. Boxing isn't huge here in general and honestly nobody knows who either of these guys are. Joshua and Wilder could walk down the street together holding their belts and people would probably think they were wrestlers.
