You should had included Khan and Brook in that list.

Maybe he should talk about how pathetic and fake he looked vs. Mayweather Jr. when he did all that ****** thing of the blatant headbutt attempt, and then he pretended not knowing beforehand that Mayweathr would supposedly "sucker-punch" him twice to make a ridiculous pretend KO which was rehearsed previously but so badly enacted.

Or maybe he should talk about how he was able to drop Maidana like three times, make a very exciting fight at the beginning, WHEN ALL THINGS WERE IN HIS FAVOR, but then, when Maidana recovered and he KD Ortiz three times also, and started giving him a real beating, Ortiz, instead of manning up and stepping up his game, cowardly decided to simply quit, pretending he was KO'd, simply because he can't handle adversity.

But of course, he just forgets things like those. a fighter that can't be trusted to even complete a fight for whatever reason (putting up a bad theatrical performance or being a quitter when things don't go his way), is not really such an entertaining fighter at all. I prefer the likes of Manny, JMM in his time, GGG or even Canelo. these people will complete their fights even if things don't go their way, they won't quit or put up a really bad theatrical act.

        berto maybe?
Berto came back to beat Ortiz. If Ortiz "ended" Berto's career what is Ortiz saying about his own career since he lost to Berto after Berto's career was ended?

He ended Nestor Rosas' career. Ortiz was 11-1 vs Rosas' 11-0. Ortiz KO'd him in 5. Rosas didn't fight for 5 years. Lost two fights (one vs Wale Omotoso who KO'd him) in 2011-12. Didn't fight for 3 more years. Won a 4 rounder vs a 1-3 guy. Hasn't fought since.

I think most cats in boxing that are halfway contenders probably got some guys who's careers got ended by those guys so this isn't really saying all that much.

They both had on and off nights but I trust an on-Ortiz more. Alexander isnt some aggressive fighter with a good punch. He doesnt fit the mold of other fighters who has beaten Ortiz.

Alexander isnt enough of a dog to break Ortiz’ spirit. He is kinda soft.

Ortiz is going to beat Alexander’s azz .. quote me on that.

                  Thanks, Clegg.

A guy with no power isn't making Junior Witter quit on the stool.

And the only reason I give the fight 11 rounds is that Devon doesn't put his foot on the gas until at least round 8.

I kind of feel the same way about this.

I would say Alexander is a better technical boxer, but he's not some power house and he's nothing special. On their best nights, Ortiz has looked better I think.

I also don't think Alexander has the power to bother Ortiz, even with Ortiz's questionable chin.

I don't think Ortiz is going to beat his ass, but I think he has a very good chance at winning.

“and I’ve ended some careers [of fighters] that haven’t been knocked out. So hell yeah, [knocking out Alexander will] definitely put a question mark in people’s heads.”

                      names or it didnt happen.
