Almost everyone is always looking for the short cut, the fad, the trick to get them lean as they spend years yo-yoing from being overweight to obese. They'll jump on every crazy, misery ridden diet they can find but avoid the healthy balanced approach that works for everyone else.
Want to put on lean muscle mass? Lift weights and have the right amount of protein (right hormonal / test levels help too of course, whether you want to achieve that naturaly or through injections).
Gaining muscle but too much fat to go with it and you want to lose some of that fat? Go on a high protein diet while still lifting weights but achieving a caloric deficit, you will lose muscle as well as fat but the protein will help lessen the muscle loss.
Also - you can't 'spot' lose weight. Doing sit-ups doesn't help you lose stomach fat just as doing bicep curls doesn't make you lose arm fat.
Honestly I see a lot of fat people and even skinny people, which is okay. It's when they complain I take issue. There is no excuse, especially if you are a young male, to be out of shape. Eat right and exercise, very simple concept that works for anyone who tries itComment
