So Roach wants the fight, Lucas wants the fight, Lucas promoter said we have no problem sending him to ESPN to fight, and now Manny himself says he wants the fight. So million dollar question why does Arum still refuse to even speak Lucas name and is still trying to shove wack washed up Alvarado down everyone's throat? SMH

Cuz arums a cheap bastard who'd rather keep as Manny fights in house as possible. He gets a percentage of both his guys purses. No matter who loses he still wins.

I'm anxious to see if Crawford and Loma see through this b.s. cuz once pacs gone they're all he's got. Hence why he's been trying to set Pac up with either one of them for the longest.

He will do much better vs Manny than against guys who are much bigger than he is

Every fight where he's struggled was vs guys who fight to avoid contact or fight at the end of a long jab. Manny doesn't fit either of those criteria

This is a hbo/Showtime regular cable fight. No way this is ppv worthy.

Manny is still the biggest draw in boxing til he aint. As far as PPV goes Canelo wins that category by default because all of Manny's latest ppvs have been against guys the public has zero interest in seeing him fighting yet he still manages too pull 300k buys out his ass against a nobody like Jessie Vargas.

These two fights alone to me arent ppv worthy but Bob knows he can throw Pac in with whoever and still get at least 300k buys. If I was a betting man I'd say Pac mattyssee with Crawford on the card easily does 500k+ minimum which again is leagues above anyone not named Canelo.

At 40 years old this is a good fight for Manny, maybe a tune up against Alvarado first then Lucas later in the year? Golden Boy has been doing business with TR so that shouldn't be a problem. Manny needs to fight smart at his age if he wants to continue.

Arum has proven time again he will make fights with promoters and fighters hes had problems with. Arum and Don King still make fights to this day and they were bitter enemies for decades. I think theres a good chance we will see Pacquiao Mathysse in April and Loma Linares in May
