this ***** cant even go to the damn mall without getting arrested. how the **** do you get arrested sober at the mall in the middle of the day. he has to be on probation from one of his last 10 arrests. This guy is an idiot

Being taken to the police station and being arrested are two different things. He could have been legally detained while the police conducted an investigation. He could have been later released without being arrested.

If he were arrested that's a matter of public information as well as posting bail or being released on a OR (own recognizance).

Thats not fair to idiots, i know a lot of idiots that are good people. Broner is just a complete classless individual. There is something to be said about a person of his stature. Its almost as if he purposefully goes through this constant state of affairs from breaking down, to lashing out, to asking for forgiveness, to acting sad and upset he isnt appreciated to going back to square one.
