Comments Thread For: Andy Ruiz Feels Recharged, Hunger is Back, Eager For 3/10 Return

Since losing a razor thin majority decision to Joseph Parker for the vacant WBO heavyweight title on December 10th, 2016, Andy Ruiz has sat idle. He gave Parker one of his toughest outings to date, and it created some very tense moments for the Parker fans at the Spark Arena in Auckland. Parker won the smallest of margins, with scores of 115-113, 115-113 and 114-114.

Lol, was coming here to make this joke. In all seriousness though, he shouldn't have any trouble with Vargas and should probably get an eliminator rematch with Parker after he loses to Joshua. But I'd also love to see them drag out Arreola and have a big, fat Mexican-American HW war.

He can box but he doesn't know how to eat. That won't change unfortunately.

If you're serious about your boxing career and want to be in shape, call me, Andy!

I imagine seeing that Parker is getting 7m to fight Joshua had a lot to do with his "hunger" returning.

His shape has nothing to do with him indirectly ,his mother is predominantly very heavy . Hes just inherited a fat gene ,i seen it in my own family where one parent heavy set family tree while the father is skinny as a rail.

Tyson Fury is a perfect example , seems not only is his father heavy but he has another brother whos fat ,thats why ppl thinking hes going to be 250 may be in for a long wait bc NATURALLY i dont think he can do it at 6'9 .
