What happened to Dustin Fleischer(the white tiger)??

I remember his debut at the madison square garden a few years ago and i had high expectations for him.......but it seems he has not fought in two years? what happened????

Looking at his IG looks like he took a sales gig that pays better than boxing (+ he's doing personal training now) so he's kinda sorta, but doesn't seem to have officially retired.

And apparently almost drowned 6mos ago. Was back in the gym 3mos ago but just to be active it sounds like & not to resume his career.
