Crawford will either be fouled out for coming into the game drained thinking it’s high school basketball. Or he might be called into the bench for double dribbling thinking Hank Lundy is defending him on the perimeter. I think Crawford is best as a waterboy. Loma should be playing. Raining 3’s all night!

I assume Manny Pacquiao declined the offer to play.

He may have better management and exposure now with ESPN but I think TR are dropping the ball putting his next fight PPV.

Crawford is a laid back, quiet dude who doesn't show a ton of personality and I think the public these days wants there American fighters to be loudmouthed or fla$hy and flashy and he'll never fit that bill. Maybe if he was from NYC or LA it would be easier.

I hope he breaks the mold and catches on and the public get smarter and get behind him but I think it's going to be a challenge especially given the other high profile names in the division are likely to continue their little round robin without him.

in the the PPV era you cant count all the PPV cash cows on one hand.. not every great boxer is destined for PPV success but that doesn't make their career a failure. roy jones never became a PPV success. so its not for everybody.

mr. 50K crawford ? not looking too good.

and oh yea hardcore boxing fans (the "purists") dont buy sht on PPV. majority stream.. yet they debate PPV numbers and are keyboard accountants FOH.

I think he has a chance, but its not a great one. I think he's hurt his own chances with how he deals with the media first off, but maybe this basketball thing is him realizing its do or die time with him going more mainstream idk.

If he can win a title & beat Manny impressively this year I think he'll be in solid position to make a bigger PPV play, but if he doesn't then he's out of play for good I think cuz I don't got high hopes we'll see him vs Spence or Thurman (hell I'm not even THAT hopeful we see Spence vs Thurman with the way Thurman is talking lately) which would be the path he'll need to take if he doesn't fight Manny or doesn't beat him impressively.

So he's in the running, but I don't love his chances & he'd be a solid +1000ish (or longer) dog if there was a betting line on him doing more than one 1M+ PPV fight in his career.

He is a damn good fighter but I haven't heard about his fights making much money. I don't think his fights make any more money than the fights of Spence and Thurman. I think he beats Thurman and loses to Spence if those fights happen.

Ummm imo no, The allstars is always just a random round up of whoever is willing to go, I bet Terrance Crawford was either phonecall number #62 or Volunteer #3

That Bud vs Postol PPV did worse than GGGay vs David Le Pew.
