That prompted an aggravated Rios to unload on Ortiz, his longtime rival from Kansas, during an interview with BoxingScene.com following his open workout in Lynwood, California. Rios has always been an over-rated boxer. He's easily hit and he has cement for feet. As bad as Ortiz has fallen, he would still outbox and even stop Rios somewhere around 7 or 8. Rios just needs to go away. I don't know why boxers have to speak so ******ly in front of the cameras. SMH
