Lol I was gonna say no cause I initally thought you meant the other TEST like the RING TEST but no and no I think he isnt the most tested guy Errol Spence was tested by 2 agencies at once, had over 7 test in like one week.

cant also forget Nonito in his prime was the only fighter who got tested year round to this day I dont think another other fighter does that Not even mawyeather who rushed in this era of testing, imagine the strives this really have took if Mayweather himself would have participated in 24/7 year round testing.
