Thats legit & this type of sh^t is why I hate all time boxing conversations. There is so much random sh^t involved that played into ones place in time.
I mean imagine Ali if he was around now with social media. How many PPV's would he sell? Or would he'd have said some controversial sh^t & people just hate him legit to the level of not giving a f#ck to watch him fight?

This is true to an extent but at the end of the day you still need to attract the fans .
Joshua is by far more popular bc of his fighting style , compared to a very safety approach Lewis and particularly after being knocked out . He had a few explosive fights like Golota but the majority of his career werent like that .
Lewis also had Holyfield and Tyson to help him out and hes still NO WHERE near where or what Joshua is ......
I KNOW i grew up in that era , i used to watch Lewis train and a handful of ppl would be there . You would have a mob around AJ , these are facts .Comment

A 10m purse yeah, then a 15m purse for the rematch as well as a percentage split for nearly 2m in PPV buys from US PPV in the two fights combined. As well as UK PPV etc etc. Pretty sure he earned way more than 10m and way more than AJ’s ever earned selling those £15 PPV’s😂 and only doing 600k viewers on Showtime.😭😭
