Sparring is just sparring something the 2 fighters arent on the same page and one gets the best of the other under those circumstances but in a real fight it totally different both figthers understand its a real fight and are on the same page. Plus during sparring both figthers might be at different stages of their conditioning and peak all around being but fight night both are at their peak and ready. This is why people in the sport always say sparring is just sparring, Robert Garcia dropped Erik Morales in 1 round but in a real fight do you think Garcia can hang 12 rounds with Morales? I dont think so.

You are so wrong. Groves has suspect stamina, yes, but he will hurt Eubank badly with right hands. Eubank is a middleweight who isn't much better than European level, he's also a non puncher.

Exactly. Eubank always bleats about sparring, but he's never stepped up and proved it when it counts. Fight night is the only thing that matters, sparring is just practice, sharpening the tools. yup and what I find is usually the case of fighters that brag about sparring is they they usually dont impress under the ligths when it counts so they boost their own ego/image with sparring tales etc./
