The truth is only a very small minority are demanding the fight now, and most of which are not really clear on what is blocking it (which is currently wilders demands).

In reality the biggest element of the payday for this fight currently comes from Joshua fans and casual fans at that, and casual fans clearly wouldn’t be able to even tell you who wilder is if they were shown his photo.

Therefore what khan says makes absolute perfect sense, although I’m not sure povetkin will happen in America. I’m warming to Joshua fighting Parker (Cardiff), Povetkin (Wembley) and Miller (us - tbc) in 2017 to be honest. That then leaves options open next year with Fury, Wilder and potentially Haye being the big fights to target. I still expect wilder to end up being either summer 2019 at Wembley or QTR3 2019 in Vegas; or possibly even both.
