ATG pacman win was outstanding though, that does present a case.

he was fighting several times a year and he was the best fighter in the sport until retiring after pacquiao. don't need to even look at mcgregor, he did all he needed to do from 10-15.

again, who did more? i mean really, who did more?

"naa, surely not." ok, who did more?

for the record, i don't rate the pacquiao win nearly as highly as most of you seem to. the guy was past his best, had a knockout loss to marquez, has a full time job as a f#cking congressman, and was never a welterweight to begin with.

        Floyd Mayweather:
Shane Mosley (Future HOFer, P4P top 3, lineal WW Champ)
        Victor Ortiz (WBC 147 Champ)
Miguel Cotto (Future HOFer, WBA 154 Champ)
Robert Guerrero (WBC mandatory, top ten WW)
Canelo Alvarez (Possible future HOFer, P4P top ten, WBC 154 Champ)
Marcos Maidana x2 (WBA 147 Champ)
Manny Pacquiao (ATG, Future HOFer, P4P top 3, WBO Champ)

It was only for six years but no one has accomplished more than floyd did during this current decade. Two years left though so someone might pull ahead by then.

People love to name drop, but context is everything. Canelo is a great fighter but he was weight drained, good win but not great win. In my opinion Mosley and Paqiou were past their primes so great fighters but again, just good wins at that point. In this decade Mayweather has 1 Great win over Miguel cotto, 5 good wins (pacquiao, Maidana, Alvarez and Mosley), and a handful of so so wins - Ortiz, Guerrero and Berto). if that holds as fighter of the decade then none of the active fighters are going to do ***** for the next 2 years.

Would have been Ward if he didn't spend half his time on the sidelines.

???? Pacquiao wasn’t number 2 in 2015 when Floyd fought him he was top 10 though.
I do agree Floyd is the fighter of this decade though, he could be surpassed though. 2010-Present has been pretty weak in comparison to previous decades

Still too soon. I think it all comes down to a handful of fighters and how their careers play out in the next couple years.

Loma if he can clean out 135 and beat Mikey Garcia

Crawford if he cleans out 147

GGG if he can beat Canelo and become undisputed at 160

Canelo if he can beat GGG and become undisputed at 160

Thurman if he can get past Spence, Crawford, and his rematches with Garcia and/or Porter

Spence if he cleans out 147 and becomes undisputed

Mikey Garcia if he defeats Loma and cleans out 135/140.

well its not a question of who did more, ratherwho will have.

I am sure a decade of good work from some future ATG will trump 4 years of the tail end of his.
