I dont see how people can say Garcia got a gift or favorable decision against Peterson, Garcia didnt look the greatest but Peterson barely threw a punch the first 6 rounds which Garcia won just by out hustling him and being the aggresor. Then he won a couple of the late rounds too. At the very best for Peterson it was 7-5 in Garcias favor, but really it was more like 8-4.

That's really nice to Danny. I get that Peterson wasn't very active early, but Danny couldn't even hit him in those early rounds. It was sort of embarrassing. Some of those rounds could've went either way b/c nothing happened. Then when Peterson opened up it wasn't even close to competitive. I had Danny winning the fight actually, but he was the lesser of the two by a mile. That was just poor instruction on Peterson's corner imo.

I actually agree with alot of what your saying. When Peterson started opening up in the 2nd half he was taking Garcia to school at times. I just feel like even though there wasnt much action in the 1st 6 rounds Danny was being the aggresor and throwing more punches while Peterson ran too much. Then when he tried fighting back it was too little too late abd gave up a couple late rounds. I am neither a Peterson or Garcia fan. I think Garcia is pretty basic and Spence will demolish him

Btw he didn't "beat" Peterson. He got a very favorable decision, and in no way looked like the better fighter that night.

Your boy lost to a guy who had a messed up Elbow.

He'd have been easily stoppped if Thurman was healthy.

Also, yay! Danny waited until Spence was signed up to fight Peterson and he to fight Bum Bum Rios before growing a pair.
