      I think Hatton
Ive never seen a fighter slap as much as Calzaghe, it was really weird

      Biggest slapper in history?

I do not like either. One is a blatant clincher/cheater the other is a slapper.

I think this one is pretty clear, even if I don't like it

Calzaghe was often hard to watch and had an incredible ability to make fights with exciting fighters into excruciating points wins, but his noodle-y, slap happy, jumpy style did turn out to be incredibly effective against world class guys, against all odds. Calzaghe is the better boxer, technically and on the whole.

It seems even more automatic to say Hatton was the more entertaining, exciting, fun, likable fighter. I'm still frustrated the Junior Witter fight never happened.

Hatton was more fun to watch. Joe was better. I'd assume that'd be the overwhelming response to that question cuz there would seem to be lil competition between them in those categories.

Calzaghe was better and more exciting by a large amount. He never lost a fight and he had some great wins. He didn't grab his opponent like an octopus and maul, wrestle and hold and hit. He won his fights from a distance with legal punches using hand speed, accuracy, skilled combinations and a high punch volume.

I think at fringe world level Hatton was better, but at top level Joe all the way.

Both great to watch but there was nothing quite like watching Joe in his prime

Scoring punches are with the knuckle part of the glove. Calzaghe slapped and cuffed his opponents.
