Yes it would. Lucas looked like garbage in his last fight but he can still punch and is ranked in the top 20 welterweights. That's a big step up from the guy Khan is fighting next. That guy is ranked 97th in his weight class by boxrec and that's too low even for a comeback fight.The guy is a light puncher. He is a cherry pick. If Khan can't beat the hell out of the Canadian he should retire. Spence knocked him out in 3 rounds a long time ago.
