Maybe you can give Dorticos the 3rd round, one of the 1st/4th if you're generous, but I wouldn't give Dorticos more than 2 rounds in the fight, 3 at best. 4 is pushing it.

Good fight -
Dorticos systematic approach was pretty effective early on. Jab was good all night, body shots were effective...but the right hand was not, it was being deflected and blocked quite a bit. Without that shot it was going to be hard to stop Gassiev from coming forward once he turned on the heat, although they ended up battling for ring position most of the night even after the 6th where Gassiev started to get aggressive- watching them both take the center of the ring and ebb and flow was nice. Quality fight
the ref who gave Dorticos every chance even after multiple hard knockdowns, treated him like a champion and didn't panic and stop the fight. the drama really builds, fight hits a crescendo. not a lot of fights are allowed to build land end like that

So I agree Gassiev could have up to 6 really good years left with Abel, maybe 7, if he doesn't take multiple beatings before then, but if he sticks with Abel that whole time, I wouldn't be surprised to see his speed and stamina fall off a cliff after the age of 30 if he's still training like a mad man ripping his muscle fibers during the day in Big Bear, but then sleeping in high altitude where there isn't enough oxygen in the air for the body to repair those muscle fibers, which means the muscles are being destroyed but not fully repaired over time, creating much slower, less precise, less powerful muscles over time. I think that's what's happened to GGG's body, it looks so much worse than it used to, and the same could happen to Gassiev.

Great win for Gassiev. It looked like Dorticos was tailor made for him as the fight went along. Gassiev was just having fun in the there the last few rounds. I liked what I saw. Gassiev may give Usyk a dam good fight, which I hope for, in May.
WAR GASSIEV!
