Yea they both easy to hit I think Gass is even worse d wise.But he has shown a good chin and has more ways to win.But he is wide open down middle and cant see Dorticos NOT landing his 1-2 early unless Gass gets him 1st with sneaky body shots.Gass also has a nice little uppercut to body besides that big hook.The uppercut also opens up the hook to body.Yea its deff interesting.

Definitely 50/50 fight. I was leaning toward Dorticos. He moves better and has a lot more experience. Gassiev is young but I think the Lebedev fight really helped him. That was a mega fight in Russia, he struggled but managed to win a close decision.
Dorticos likes to stand and trade and Gassiev is a very good body puncher. Finally the fight's in Russia and that has to help. So now I'm thinking Gassiev hurts him to the body gets a late stoppage. lol

Nice to see people finally start paying attention to the cruiserweight division, one of the more stacked divisions with the best tournament going on in ages.

Hopefully the div doesn't go to crap after / if a few of the top dogs leave for HW

Don't forget also Glowacki,Tabiti. The Cruiserweight division has a future even without Usyk & Gassiev.

Papin, Golovashchenko, and Egorov are all quality prospects.

Power is the last thing to go. Lebedev hit Gassiev with flush shots and never did Gassiev indicate he was hurt except resetting.

Could not agree more. Lebedev is a reason I got into boxing. Many videos of him going through some bloody war and keep going. Hear of a lion. However in those areas of the world they must surely use the peds to excel since it is not like American sports. I have noticed that boxing from the 90s was very gruesome in blood wars not as noticeable today in boxing. It’s probably the anti doping programs surely. Lebedev is way older than Gassiev.

I like Gassiev as a person but I hope that Dorticos KOs him and shocks the Russian crowd like Afolabi and Durodola did when they knocked out the Russian fighters in Russia.
