Pac simply didn't want Mayweather to dictate on him how to run the drug testing procedures, afterall, he's just a boxer like him and not a member of the drug testing commission. If he was not clean, he would have tested positive.

Just like I said you are entitled to your own opinion just like I am and anybody else, we’re just talking about boxing so there’s absolutely no need to mention about Pinoys or a certain group of people because the real boxing fans do not care where their favorite boxers come from, people like Muhammad Ali, Marvin Hagler, George Foreman, Sugar Ray Leonard, Kobe Bryant, Barrera, Julio Cesar Chavez, and boxing fans around the world, they all love Pac because he’s one of the most exiting boxers of all time.
